With the interdisciplinary team, a new incentive respiratory system was designed to support incentive respiratory therapy and promote lung re-expansion. The system is a hardware/software proposal to measure inspired flow, motivate the patient to perform respiratory therapy, and relay the information to the therapist for prescribing and evaluating the patient’s performance.
